The Worker’s Compensation Fund (WCF) Program provides benefits for current active faculty, staff, and student workers injured on the job.

Please select the appropriate category below to learn how to complete employment forms based on your part-time position type:  ATHLETICS CAMP WORKER
For new or returning camp workers at Utah Tech University.  PART-TIME EMPLOYEE
Used for general part-time positions (non-instructor, non-camp roles).  PART-TIME INSTRUCTOR
For new or returning part-time instructors at Utah Tech University.

The Department Initiator should use the Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAF) to:

  • Hiring part-time employee
  • Update/change a job or payment
  • End of part-time employment

Office Hours

University observes 13 holidays during the calendar year. The University designates 12 of these holidays and the employee utilizes a floating personal preference day for the remaining holiday.
