ACCIDENT PROCEDURES FOR EMPLOYEES
For incidents involving a University employee or student employee, use the Workers Compensation Claim Form. Complete the form and notify the UT HR Office within at least 24 hours of the injury so we may gather and process the injury claim with WCF.
